Jelena is a multimedia artist based in Belgrade working across moving image, sound and spatial installation. Her work explores how perception shifts when images, bodies and environments move beyond stable representation.

She holds an MA in Audiovisual Arts from the University of Lisbon and an MA in Architecture from the University of Belgrade and has participated in group exhibitions in Italy, Portugal and Serbia. Through minimal actions such as breath, listening, walking or the movement of wind, her projects explore the fragile threshold between presence and absence.

Recent works expand from intimate, body-centred actions to larger audiovisual environments in which sound, space and environmental forces shape the viewer’s experience.
