Jelena
Pavlović

Jelena is a multimedia artist based in Belgrade working across moving image, sound and spatial installation. Her work explores perceptual thresholds when images, bodies and environments move beyond stable representation.

She holds an MA in Audiovisual Arts (University of Lisbon) and an MA in Architecture (University of Belgrade) and has participated in group exhibitions in Italy, Portugal and Argentina.  Time spent living in Portugal and Brazil has shaped her perspective, deepening her sensitivity to the shifting landscapes where perception unfolds.

Recent works expand from intimate, body-centred actions to larger audiovisual environments in which sound, space and environmental forces shape the viewer’s experience.
